2. Services
We offer advice and support on infant sleep, including but not limited to one-to-one consultations, digital resources, and online courses. Our advice is based on best practices but is not a substitute for medical advice.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All services must be paid for in advance of our consultation unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. 

• Refunds are not available once services have commenced. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

• If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. 

• A package can be postponed for up to a month if an unexpected event occurs. 
  
  4. Client Responsibilities

• You acknowledge that our services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

• You are responsible for ensuring that any techniques or recommendations are safe and suitable for your child.

• If your child has underlying medical conditions, you should consult a healthcare professional before implementing any advice.

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Advice given is based on best practices, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

• By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims relating to sleep training methods or techniques applied.
