Nurturing Sleep, Empowering Families.
Sleep coaching is not about using "cry it out" methods. My ethos centres around helping babies and toddlers sleep better with age-appropriate, compassionate techniques that align with each family's comfort level. These techniques range from fully hands-on approaches with minimal tears to more independent, out-of-room methods.
I work closely with parents to understand their goals and their child’s temperament, tailoring the approach to meet their unique needs. It's important to recognise that crying is a natural way for children to express frustration or confusion as they adjust to new sleep routines. With a calm and consistent approach, we can help them feel reassured and supported as they learn to sleep more independently.

Hello, I'm Kelly Brown.
My journey to becoming a baby and toddler sleep coach is simple: I want to support families in the same way I was supported when I had my first child.
Welcoming a baby is a blessing, but it also comes with the immense challenge of navigating parenthood on little sleep. Like any job, when we're sleep-deprived, it’s harder to feel capable, and that can be incredibly overwhelming for both new and seasoned parents. I want to change that.
My Mission.
My mission is to educate families about realistic sleep expectations for babies and toddlers, equipping them with practical tools to feel confident and capable. Above all, I want families to feel well-rested and empowered to cherish every moment together.
By establishing healthy sleep foundations early, parents can avoid turning to 'cry it out' methods and instead meet their children where they are—nurturing emotional connection while supporting each unique stage of sleep and development.
