Perfect for expecting or new parents, this package is designed to guide you through the early weeks of life with your newborn. Gain a clear understanding of newborn sleep, feeding patterns, and how to set healthy, realistic expectations for your baby’s first 12 weeks.

Detailed information on newborn awake windows to help establish a gentle rhythm for your baby.
Handouts to support newborn sleep and set realistic expectations, so you feel empowered and informed.
Two 15-minute check-in calls between birth and 12 weeks to offer additional support as your baby grows.
30 min reassurance check-in call: £30
This service is designed for returning parents who need a quick check-in to review their baby’s routine, discuss new sleep challenges, and explore how to navigate them. It’s also a chance to get a reassuring voice of reason to ensure you’re on the right track.
If an updated sleep plan is needed, it can be added for an additional £50, or you can choose to purchase one of the other packages available.
