Hello, I'm Kelly!

My journey to becoming a baby and toddler sleep coach is simple: I want to support families in the same way I was supported when I had my first child.

My mission is to educate families about realistic sleep expectations for babies and toddlers, equipping them with practical tools to feel confident and capable. Above all, I want families to feel well-rested and empowered to cherish every moment together.

"She believed she could. But then her baby woke up at 11pm, 1am, 4am and 5.30am, so she said no."

Frequently Asked Questions.

We want to improve sleep, what methods do you use?

I offer sleep support tailored to your family, from out-of-room methods like spaced soothing to fully supported in-room approaches, which I call my "Comfort Ladder."

How does the plan differ to what I see on social media?

My social media guidance is general, but my plans are fully bespoke, tailored to your child and family. Each plan is unique, so I don’t recommend sharing it or reusing it for another child.

How do I know which package is right for me?

If you're unsure which package to choose, a 15-minute discovery call helps me understand your needs and recommend the best fit.

I can’t recommend Kelly enough! I contacted her about my 4 month old’s sleep regression (waking 5+ times per night). Kelly taught me some excellent techniques that worked and significantly improved the situation within a short period of time.
